Scoping inquiries
The contact form asks for your name, work email, organization, optional role, requested service, optional timing and your message. B3 uses those details to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. Please do not submit patient records, credentials or sensitive operational evidence through this form.
Submissions are processed through Formspree, the form provider used for B3 inquiries, and may be delivered to B3’s email. Read Formspree’s privacy policy ↗.
Assessment answers
The Vendor Exposure Scorecard runs in your browser. This implementation does not transmit or save your answers on a server. They reset when the page is reloaded. Downloading or copying a result creates a copy under your control.
Site operation
The site hosting provider may process routine request information to deliver and protect the website. This implementation adds no advertising trackers, affiliate tracking or marketing analytics. The scorecard stores no answers on a server.
Research links
The research module retrieves the public B3 publication feed through this site’s server. It does not send assessment answers or inquiry details to the feed. Following an external link takes you to a separate site with its own privacy practices.
Purpose, retention and requests
Inquiry information is used for the conversation and any resulting engagement, with retention based on the business relationship and applicable recordkeeping obligations. It is not sold or used for vendor lead referrals. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact B3@braxtonbarber3.com.
Video and publication previews
The Intelligence Desk page displays the B3 logo and links to braxtonbarber3.com. The live research feed is separate. YouTube players load when you press play; YouTube then processes requests under its own privacy terms. This site adds no advertising or marketing analytics.
